TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL INFORMATION

Expert Permit Processing LLC is a permit processing company engaged in assisting movers and other businesses receive moving permits for a small fee. Expert Permit Processing LLC is charged with the third-party processing of permits and does not enforce permits once they are obtained. We offer estimates of cost which include the cost of the permit plus our fees. Permit costs vary widely and the user understands that costs for user may vary in turn. We will process your request swiftly and will communicate with you, the user, all pertinent information regarding the permit process and site review. Should enforcement become an issue for you or your company, you will need to contact the city, municipality, or other government office responsible for issuing the permits. That being said, our friendly customer service department will be happy to assist you if you have any questions.

LIABILITY

Expert Permit Processing LLC will not be responsible for any injuries, claims, direct or consequential damages, or other losses incurred by any party in its use of Expert Permit Processing LLC. User accepts full responsibility for any damages or claims arising from use of Expert Permit Processing LLC .

The customer agrees, in consideration of its purchase of Expert Permit Processing LLC services, that Expert Permit Processing shall not be responsible for any losses or liabilities of any user of its services and shall be held harmless by users for any loss, liability, attorney’s fees, claims, and other such assertions of damage against the user or Expert Permit Processing LLC. In addition to this, the user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Expert Permit Processing LLC, its employees, and its agents against any claims or actions resulting from the actions of Expert Permit Processing LLC whether or not said actions or claims result from the acts, omissions, or negligence of Expert Permit Processing LLC. Should any claim or dispute, including collection of fees, arise between the purchaser and Expert Permit Processing LLC, said claim shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana and be venued in Wells County, Indiana. In addition to this, the user waives any right to a trial by jury. The user consents to this jurisdiction and agrees that in any dispute, should Expert Permit Processing, LLC prevail, Expert Permit Processing LLC shall be entitled to receive all reasonable attorney’s fees from user.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Expert Permit Processing LLC should be notified immediately if you need to cancel or modify your permit request. In the event of a cancellation or modification the request, the user shall be responsible for all fees and costs incurred up to and until said request or cancellation is made.

INDEMNIFICATION

The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Expert Permit Processing LLC for any losses, claims, suits, or other such actions arising from Expert Permit Processing LLC’s actions and shall reimburse Expert Permit Processing LLC for all losses including reasonable attorney’s fees.

USER’S DUTIES

The user shall be responsible for all acts and omissions other than the obtaining of the permit and securing of signage. This means that the user shall be responsible for complying with the laws and local regulations of all states and municipalities in which permits are being obtained. Expert Permit Processing LLC does not guaranty any enforcement by governing bodies. In addition, the user shall be responsible for making sure that all signage is removed from the site per local ordinances or at the close of the use of the permit. Should an issue with signage, metering, or other such matters arise, please contact our office immediately so that we can work with you and provide you with the best possible service. Meter violations, parking tickets, other tickets for ordinance violations, or any other such claim by a municipality, property owner or operator, or any third party shall be the responsibility of the user and Expert Permit Processing LLC shall not be responsible for any such fees, tickets, or other obligations. It is the user’s responsibility to maintain compliance with all laws and ordinances and Expert Permit Processing LLC shall not be responsible for any losses occurring out of the same.

PAYMENT

If you are a professional mover, you will have the option of being invoiced by Expert Permit Processing LLC . Payments are due upon the issuance of the invoice however if payment is made within thirty (30) days, no interest shall accrue. Should payment not be received within the thirty (30) days, interest shall accrue at a rate of 3% per annum, compounded monthly. If payment is not made within thirty (30) days of issuance of the invoice, Expert Permit Processing LLC shall have at its disposal all remedies at law and equity and shall be entitled to reimbursement of all legal fees in the collection of what is owed.
